Shipping & Returns Policy


We use Australia Post to deliver items from our base in Pottsville, NSW, Australia. Orders are dispatched within 5 business days & delivery is estimated at between 7-14 business days. Dolphin Research Australia Inc. is not responsible for actual delivery time. If we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days.

Shipping rates are based on Australia Post current prices for each item and are correct as of the time of publication of the item selected.


We have a no hassle (30 days from the date of Purchase) money back guarantee for items purchased through the Dolphin Research Australia Inc. online store.

Returned items must be in original condition with tags (if applicable) attached.

Please note jewellery and items to the value of $20 and under are not included in our returns policy unless they are faulty. Handcrafted items are also not included in our returns policy.

Returns shipping cost is to be paid by Customer.

Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase.

For example, if the item was purchased using a Visa card, the credit will be refunded to the same Visa card.

Gift Vouchers are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or refund.

Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of some of the items in the store that are made to order, some may vary slightly to those shown in the images (these items include textile and wood products).

We recommend that if you would like an item in another size that you reorder it as soon as you can because we do not offer order exchanges and we really don’t want you to miss out! Then follow the above steps to send back the size you don’t want.
