Tweed River Estuary Dolphin Community, New South Wales

The Tweed River estuary is an important habitat for a local population of Indo-Pacific bottlenose dolphins (Tursiops aduncus). This population consists of long-term residents who regularly travel into the estuary for crucial activities including feeding, resting and socialising.

To continue our work in the region, we rely on generous support and many volunteer hands! Please support us by donating today to continue to monitor and assess the status and health of the Tweed dolphins!
