She is usually seen in a big mother-calf groups resting and feeding around Cape Byron and the reefs. She has a very maternal nature and patiently teaches her calves how to hunt and socialise. As an older female, Feather is a key member of the Byron Bay resident community. She has a close bond with Cousin (ID#282) and Scallop (ID#124).
