Description
This is a high quality print of the original artwork in water colour using seawater by artist and ecologist Dr Liz Hawkins. This artwork celebrates the special bonds between mothers and their calves. Like many other marine mammals species, humpback whale calves depend on their mothers who guide and teach them the essential of life. They can be very affectionate, often touching each other with their pectoral fins and rubbing each other. Such behaviours reinforce and strengthen their bond. At times, mothers can even lift their calves above the water, nudging them with affection.
Printed on high quality certified sustainable linen card with soy inks from carbon offset printer. Packaged in a compostable clear package and recycled envelope for protection.
Size: standard A4
